The difference between hoarding and wholesaling

Hoarding is an illegal practice when the products that are being bought in bulk are scarce. People buy in bulk when a particular product is scarce to ensure they have plenty of supply until the situation normalizes. On the contrary, buying in bulk is totally permitted if a product has plenty of supply and buyers will also sell the product and not hold on to it. In marketing parlance, this is known as wholesaling and if baby clothing is the product, it is called baby clothes wholesale. Dealers are free to buy baby clothes in bulk and to sell them to retailers or end users.

There is little chance that baby's clothing could become scarce because there are plenty of manufacturers of the product. Aside from commercial manufacturers, there are also organic clothing manufacturers that come up with their own designs of baby clothing. Babies are the most appropriate end users to wear organic clothes because they are very prone to communicable diseases.
